Where should I aim aggressive volleys?

By Jeff Cooper, About.com

Question: Where should I aim aggressive volleys?
Answer: An aggressive volley should be hit fairly hard toward either deep corner, very short with backspin (drop volley), or sharply angled. Volleying into the middle of the court simply gives your opponent another chance to pass or lob you.
